Shawn’s extensive background in sales and management help him quickly understand the needs of clients, and parlay those into effective plans of action to provide solutions. In addition to his work in sales and training, Shawn is a longtime high school coach here in central Ohio, and he uses those skills to inform his work for clients as well.

Our You’re Hired program helps high school and vocational students develop the career skills they may not learn in the classroom. The program is presented as a four-hour workshop in which participants learn interview, resume writing, social media, job search and followup skills.

Through a series of four annual workshops, we teach coaches what data they can collect, how they can collect it, how they can use that data with HUDL and what they can do with the results.
